Notes for card orders:
1) You will only be charged for items in stock and only on day of despatch.
You can pre order any title prior to release date with charge only made on day of despatch.
Minimum £5.00 on all card orders. No Exceptions.
Receipts will be enclosed with all card transactions.

UK (1st class) 75P 1st/50p each extra
EUROPE £2.00 1st/£1.50 each extra
ROW £3.00 1st/£1.50 each extra
Note: 1) Maximum UK postage £2.75 per parcel dispatched (not including magazines) 2) Recorded delivery 75p extra (per parcel).

VAT:
All prices include UK VAT at 17.5%. Non EU customers will have VAT deducted at point of charging.

PRICING:
Due to fluctuating exchange rates (particularly the EURO!) and price increases, we reserve the right to alter prices without prior notice. However, your agreement will be sought before any charge is made to your card.

RELEASE DATES:
All release dates are correct at time of going to press but are notoriously subject to change. Please phone/e mail to confirm if unsure.

DELIVERY TIMES:
Stock items: within 3-5 working days. Out of stock items: Please allow 30 days for delivery (Euro/USA) and 60 days from other territories.

NON DELIVERY:
Destiny Records obtains a proof of posting for all parcels and cannot accept responsibility for non-delivery. However, assistance will be given with all claims. These can take up to 6 weeks. Please ensure your postal address details are 100% accurate. Report discrepancies if not.

FAULTS/DAMAGES:
All faults/damages must be reported within 7 days of receipt. Replacements will be despatched on receipt of original.

BACK CATALOGUE:
Destiny Records has access to 10's of 1000's of back catalogue CD's and DVD's and, through our world-wide, daily updated databases can find almost anything still in print.
If you are looking for more than 2 or 3 items then please send your list by e mail or letter (see Enquiries) and we will endeavour to get back to you as soon as possible. Nothing will be ordered without your confirmation.

SPECIAL ORDERS
Full payment will have to be made in advance for all special orders (those not listed on the web site or in the catalogue).

CANCELLATIONS/RETURNS:
You may cancel your order within 7 days of receipt of goods. Any goods being returned must be in a saleable condition (as supplied) and postage costs must be borne by you. Sealed items cannot be returned once opened and we will not accept them
